    Thank you for your kindness in funding the proposal for hand drums for Westcott Elementary School. Your generosity is especially appreciated, I am teaching at a school with limited funds for purchasing musical instruments.     Thank you very much for your kindness and consideration in donating funds for purchase of violins to be used in a Suzuki/ Rolland based string program. I will be starting lessons this fall, after I am able to contact interested parents and confirm that they are willing, able, and interested in taking on the responsibility of having their child participate in a string program. I teach middle school general music in a Metropolitan area where funding for the arts is extremely limited. My students are creative, curious, and inquisitive about the world. You can help them develop their skills in performing, improvising, and creating music by providing them and students like them with much needed resources that will help them in their journey to become life-long musicians and consumers of music.
