My students' favorite part of the day is gathering to hear a book read aloud to them. During this time they grow their love for reading and learning. They attend to a book that is entertaining and their cognitive abilities are ignited by the underlying themes in the literature read. These books are ones that have situations that are very real to them which makes them easy to relate to. They are able to discuss these situations with peers to enhance their language and social skills. I have more opportunities to read aloud these quality texts, and I have the students thirsty for the knowledge and excited for the experiences, all I need are the books to add to our classroom library! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking the time to review our request.
