My students are 10th graders and they make me laugh every day. It amazes me how upbeat they are when I know how difficult some of their lives really are outside of school. This is a Sophomore level English class and the majority of our students have struggled with reading and writing in the past. My biggest concern is growing their knowledge, abilities, and confidence in a subject where they have historically struggled.
