  • Grow With Me!

    Funded Aug 8, 2023

Opening the boxes was like unwrapping a magical treasure chest. The sturdy greenhouse gleams like a miniature Eden, ready to cradle tiny lives of potential. Trays, markers, watering cans – every tool gleamed with the promise of verdant adventures. And then, the seeds! Each tiny packet vibrated with the whispered secrets of future blooms and bountiful harvests.

This gift isn't just about cultivating seedlings; it's about cultivating possibilities. It's the chance to witness life unfolding from my kitchen window, to breathe in the earthy scent of creation, and to nourish not just my body, but my soul with the magic of growing something myself.

Thank you for believing in this idea and sparking passions that will bloom for years to come!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Hagedorn

  • Teaching with Tonies

    Funded Aug 27, 2023

We would like to extend our deepest gratitude for your generous donations. Your support has enabled us to continue providing students with access to engaging and enriching stories through tonies figures.

Your contributions have made a great impact on the lives of our students, fostering a love of reading and nurturing their literacy skills. With your help, we have been able to:

Increase literacy skills: Tonies have been shown to improve vocabulary, comprehension, and reading fluency.

Engagement from readers: Tonies' interactive storytelling format has captivated the imaginations of students.

Choice and independence in reading: Tonies empowers children to choose their own stories and listen at their own pace, fostering independence and a lifelong love of reading. Your donations have allowed students the freedom to explore the world of literature on their own terms.

Your generosity is an inspiration to us. Thank you for believing in our mission and for helping us make a difference in the world of literacy.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Hagedorn

  • Playing With Circuit Playground

    Funded Aug 3, 2021

Thank you for your support of our classroom. Circuit playgrounds are an amazing tool that will help us as we delve into computer programming. This small tool is powerful and unlocks all sorts of programs on the computer. It is also the newest technology in programming. A few students are taking over the lead in these circuits and are quickly becoming experts. I am excited to watch students grow and learn. It will be amazing to watch how students use these circuit playgrounds over the course of the year. Thank you again!”

  • Engaging With AudioVisual Tools!

    Funded Aug 3, 2021

We were so excited to find that our project was funded. Students anxiously opened the packages to discover an audio visual setup that can share their creations. Students can create on computers and personal devices and project these using our mini projector. We can share locally and virtually. The speakers help our voice to be heard and everything has its place. As we are learning these new materials we are anxious to share with others. We plan to create videos for our class, our school, and our family and friends. Thank you so much for believing in us and supporting our ideas!”

    With gratitude,

  • Rewarding Badgers With Books!

    Funded Feb 19, 2021

It is no surprise that the last two years of school have looked vastly different from previous. Students have been in and out of the building, libraries struggle with how to stay open, and reading is more important than ever. We are so excited about our book vending machine and what it can provide to our students, and potentially our staff! Students are recognized for hard work, kindness, and outstanding effort. Students are able to earn new books that are theirs to keep and then excitement is real. As we are rolling out the implementation of our vending machine we are thankful to our generous donations for the machine and look forward to using this for years to come!”

  • Miko for Me!

    Funded May 29, 2021

We are so excited to have a Miko in our classroom. If you don't know Miko is a robot that understands and responds. He is a great example of artificial intelligence and is not only entertaining but educational. We have started to talk to him and it is exciting to see him roll across the floor and challenge and dance with our classes. Sometimes when it is a really hard day, Miko provides just the break we need to get through and he can even answer student questions. Thank you for your support of our classroom. We can't wait to learn more with Miko!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Hagedorn

  • Custom Materials

    Funded May 4, 2021

We cannot thank you enough for your support of our classroom. Middle school students are creative and love to design and put their design on their creations. With these materials we are able to sew, print, and more our personal logos, monograms and more. Not just can we create, but we have options of different materials to work with and a way to keep them all organized. We will continue to use these supplies as we are creating and designing daily. We look forward to sharing our designs with family and friends. Thank you again!”

  • Digital Learning Tools

    Funded May 4, 2021

Thank you for your generous support of our classroom. The past two years have been a crazy and changing time for teachers and students. With your donation we were able to purchase a document camera, digital tablet, chair and desk setup to allow our physical and virtual classes to integrate. The document camera was invaluable in showing students the chicks as they grew and developed and to design and describe how to work with electronics and more. Our digital tablet is a hit with physical students working on graphic design and is now part of our "design station" with our desk chair and setup. We continue to use our new resources this year and thank you again for your support!”
