As my students start Kindergarten this year, I would love for them to explore all the different ways of learning that can be offered, including kinesthetic. I wish for my students to understand that it is okay to move around in our classroom and to recognize that they do have a say in their learning as well. My goal is to create an engaging classroom where students have the option to sit on wobble stools, on the carpet with a soft cushion, or even add a wobble cushion to their seat. While I am just a first-year teacher, I want to start off the year giving my students a fair chance to adapt to our classroom and feel at home and engaged. I believe that having these materials would help us have a successful school year!
