I've taught kindergarteners. I've taught high school seniors. I've taught several grades in between. The last three years teaching 7th and 8th grade inclusion and resource classes as my school's middle school special education teacher have been my favorite. The teachers and kids I work with are some of the most amazing individuals I could ever have the privilege of knowing and I am so lucky every day to get to do the work I do. However, as a public school teacher, I cannot always rely on my school to be able to fund the supplies I would like to bring into my classes. This is why DonorsChoose and its wonderful supporters have always been such an integral part of my class and every year I am grateful to continue to be a part of this community.
