These headphones will allow students to interact with their devices. Right now, students have to sit in different parts of the classroom to listen to instructional materials or record their video/audio responses. This can be especially difficult for my 7th and 8th grade students because there is not enough space in the classroom. Having a set of headphones will allow students to actively engage in the classroom without disturbing one another. Students have Chromebooks, but no headphones. At times, students share earbuds with one another. They also have to lower the volume and (sometimes) hold the device to their ears to hear the sound because there is not enough headphones.
