Since my school is not a Title I funded school, there are very little discretionary funds for the newest technologies which have such potential as learning tools rather than just distractions. The abilities of the students in my classes range from Gifted to Learning Challenged. Although most of our students are fluent English speakers, we have a significant population of students with special needs, who need to be able to access content in an engaging way. Regardless of their academic needs, my students are wonderful young adults. My middle school students are eager to try new things and see our world in new ways.
