• New Supplies for a New School Year!

  THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! This has to be one of my favorite Donors Choose project to have funded. The bean bag..... has to be their absolute favorite thing ever, and I probably should have ordered more haha. We had to come up with a schedule so that everyone has a turn to sit in it =) The LED lights look awesome on our board and they love to turn the lights off and read/work with the LED lights on. I love that I am able to make a fun, yet conducive to learning environment for them. This would not have been possible without your help, so again, THANK YOU!”

• New Books and Supplies

  First of all I want to say THANK YOU for your generosity! It means the world to me and my students. They were so excited to finally have some new chapter books in our classroom library! It is also nice to be able to have they can relate to, or books of interest to them; as we all know students are more likely to become successful readers if they can find a good book they enjoy! These are all books they requested. The extra supplies has come in handy too! we are always running out of supplies so it is nice to have new supplies. Thank you again!!!”

• Classroom Garden and SOL Review Games

  Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I am so excited to put to use these awesome resources! My students cannot wait to watch our catepillars turn into butterflies and learn all about the life cycle of a butterfly! They are also super excited to grow their very own plant and learn about the plant life cycle as well. They love hands on learning as much as I do! I am also thankful to have our SOL review games, these will be put to use this week! My students are working SO hard this year and having fun while reviewing is always something we strive for! • Fun, Interactive Indoor Recess

  Thank you all so much for your generous donations. My students have thoroughly enjoyed their new stuff to use for interactive indoor recess. They get so excited to have indoor recess now. They love playing the board games, building things with the blocks and connecting links, and reading the new books. We have been able to use some of the items to help with our math stations also- which is great. We have used the jenga blocks to incorporate fractions and multiplication. The kids LOVE it! • Love of Literacy

  I just want to say THANK YOU for your generosity. My students have loved receiving new books for our classroom library. They love to read, and were excited to get some books that THEY had requested. I have enjoyed seeing them learn to love reading as much as I do, and I know how important it is to allow children to read books that interest them. I am also thankful for the masks and cleaning supplies that help keep my babies safe during this COVID school year. They each have their own bottle of sanitizer and they love it. Thank you again!”

• Essential Supplies for a Successful Virtual School Year

  I want to say thank you so much for your generosity during these difficult times. We all knew this school year was going to be quite different, but my students ROCKED IT!!!!! I was so excited to be able to give them all of the essential supplies needed to be successful in our virtual setting. My students used the pencils, colored pencils and highlighters for our virtual interactive notebooks; and the dry erase markers to show their work on their personal whiteboards. I was able to do some drop off's throughout the year to their house for more supplies as needed. I could not have done this without you so again I say THANK YOU!”

• Flexible Seating and New Supplies to Finish the Year Out!

  I just want to say thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your generosity! Being able to provide basic supplies to my students makes a world of difference. Although we remained virtual for this school year my students were still able to take advantage of the paper, pencils, glue sticks and pens. I was able to make pre packaged supply sets for the parents to pick up. This supplies has been a lifesaver for virtual schooling! I cannot wait to return to the classroom so that my students can finally use the stools that I was so excited to get. I know they are going to LOVE them just as much as I do, so thank you again!!”

• Binders and Paper for Virtual School

  First of all I would like to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for your generosity during these unprecedented times. I was so excited to have their supply kits ready to go for when we returned to school in person, unfortunately, that will not happen for RPS this school year. I was able to show my students the supplies (binders and paper) via my webcam on Google Meet and told them that as soon as we return they will get them. They were so excited because for most of my students, something as simple as having paper to draw or write on brings the biggest smile to their face. I am also super excited to decorate my room when we return with my new borders and letters. I want to say THANK YOU again!”

• New Supplies and Updated Classroom for a New School Year!

  I am sorry I am a bit delayed on this but THANK YOU SO MUCH for all of our goodies to help start off the new year. We were thrilled to open these. The erasers are a huge hit- and my jar is half empty already- can you believe that?? We have had fun using our new buzzers for some review games in Math and Language Arts. The students and I have also been able use our projector again thanks to you guys for donating a new cord. I have also put the file folders to good use by organizing their work by subjects (this is still a work in progress). Again, we are excited for a new year of learning and success and thank you for helping to be a part of that!!”
