I teach at a public school in which about 96% of the students are at or below the poverty level. They are conscientious and motivated to learn. They thrive mostly through interactive, hands on learning. They love working in groups and learning through discovery. This upcoming school year I will have a total of 21 students. Three students will have Individualized Educational Plans, and I will also have 10 EL students. My third graders are so much fun to work with. They bring so much happiness to our classroom community. They work hard and show so much growth by the end of the school year. I'm always so proud of their efforts.
