Yayyy, the Hydroponics Lab is set up!! Only the two on the right side are running. The three white towers are awaiting the light system to be set up. They should be running next week (week of 1/21/25). Each grade level will have tasks and responsibilities. In addition to learning how to grow plants hydroponically, they will also learn about plants and their structures, water pH levels (acidity vs. alkalinity), essential nutrients, light requirements, and how to manage a controlled environment. The children are so excited, looking forward to trying out various vegetables and fruit samples, smoothies, pesto, etc.
