Funded May 12, 2024We are incredibly grateful for the new resources provided, which have quickly become essential in our daily activities. The dry erase markers and erasers have made interactive lessons more engaging, allowing students to participate actively in problem-solving exercises. The incentives have been a fantastic way to motivate and reward students for their hard work, creating a positive and encouraging learning environment. One specific project where these tools shined was during our math review sessions. Students worked in pairs to solve problems on their whiteboards, quickly erasing and trying again if needed, which fostered collaboration and critical thinking.
When the students first saw the new materials, their excitement was palpable. They were eager to explore the colorful markers and new learning tools. Their enthusiasm translated into an increased level of participation and focus during lessons. As we move forward, the next steps involve using these tools to delve deeper into our current science unit. Students will be using the markers and whiteboards for group activities, where they will brainstorm and present their findings on a topic, helping them develop both their collaborative and presentation skills.”
With gratitude,
