Ferguson STEMworks Project
Funded Mar 7, 2016My students will learn, create, and use technology effectively. By having more computers in my classroom, my students will have the tools necessary that will help them succeed in their future careers.
Since these laptops have the latest technology, students are encouraged to continue learning and improve their technology development.
Students love this new technology and enjoyed being able to collaborate what they've learned with others. We are so thankful, thrilled and excited with this donation.”

The Programmers of Tomorrow
Funded Apr 1, 2015Thank you so much for your donation. All my students love technology and are excited about the materials we received. We are using the computers every day in class. Each student needs a computer to code their own programs. The laptops are a big help in allowing all students have their own computer. Students are learning programming concepts using an innovative programming environment to support the creation of 3D animations, the Alice Project provides tools and materials for teaching and learning computational thinking, problem solving, and computer programming across a spectrum of ages and grade levels. My students enjoy the graphical interface, and how easy it is to use.”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Florian
Ferguson iTech Coders
Funded Jan 20, 2015My students love the laptops. Now they all have an opportunity to work individually in their own assignments. With the laptops, they can still be close to each other and work together.
The laptops are being used to code. Students are learning how to create HTML web pages. They are also participating in Khan Academy courses, where they are learning computer programming, animations, and games using JavaScript and Processing JS.
Students are excited to have these resources. They are happy to learn and be creative. Having these resources has boost my teaching and student learning has increase tremendously in my classes.”
