My students are eager to learn and apply what they have learned and put to good use. We spend a lot of time drawing blood processing blood. They do that a lot in the field. Allowing them to have the correct equipment and supplies to have hands on training will help them be successful. Every year I show them a video and will do blood type on 1-2 individual. It will be amazing to allow everyone to have this hands on experience. They will be able to practice on each other and learn valuable skills.
