Our Reading Corner Needs a Make-Over!
Help me give my students more books and an organized space as their reading corner.
Thank you so much for everything you have generously given our classroom. I honestly cannot thank you enough for the gifts in this project. One of the things given was a pack of needoh sensory balls and squishes. These have been AMAZING! I have a student with autism and these have been incredible to help ground him when he's having too much overload. We have even shared this with other students and parents so they can get some for home use.
My students have also really enjoyed the STEM toys you helped to send us. Every day they get an opportunity to create different things and they love making families with the blocks and creating interesting things with the other STEM toys.
I am so excited to get to experience these wonderful tools. Thank you so much for all your help.”

Thank you so much!! I couldn't wait to put together the stools!! They are so pretty and the PERFECT size for my students. I was worried they would be too short and then they sat in them and they are perfect for all my students!
We also added the Pete the Cat reading buddy to our shelf and they have already been so excited to use reading buddies and practice reading to them. I am so excited to see them excited about reading when we were hitting a wall with motivation with some of my students.
When shopping for books for this project I focused on lower level books so that I had plenty available for my struggling readers and it worked!! Those students that I have been having a hard time reaching and getting to read on their own for enjoyment are doing it! They are getting so excited and ready to read books. They are proud of their progress and it has direct link to the books you guys helped to provide to them. Thank you so much for your contribution.”

Thank you so much for all these incredible snacks. This has really helped give our students treats on Fridays for their Behavior Bash party, snacks before after school tutoring, and when they miss breakfast in the morning. This has also been very helpful to calm tummies when students don't like breakfast or they have medication that requires it.
Thank you so much for donating to our snack cabinet. These snacks have impacted far more than my 17 students...this impacts all students in our school. Teachers know they have access to snacks in my cabinet and that is all due to your help. Thank you so much so many times over.”

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I have been missing the organization and community that a rug brings to a lower elementary classroom. I have greatly enjoyed seeing my students get excited about when we are getting our rug but knowing they will LOVE it when we actually get it! IS INCREDIBLE! I haven't gotten this community feeling since early 2020 and I have seriously been missing it. Also it will add so much color and joy into my classroom. We are going to use this literally 5 times a day as a way to bring us together. This is incredible! Thank you.”

Thank you so much! I am so grateful! You have helped my students be able to walk in and have erasers, pencils, headphones, snacks, and paper! This took a huge burden off my shoulders! Thank you so much! I am so happy to be able to provide my students with what they need to start the school year without fear of not having enough for the first day or if someone doesn't bring their supplies. Thanks to you, my students will all be ready to roll tomorrow morning on our first day. Thank you again for your generousity.”

Thank you so much!! You helped get us to the end of the school year! You even got us some snacks to start next year off! Thank you so much! I am absolutely thankful for everything you all gave my students this school year. They were able to eat snacks or breakfast or lunch and even bring things home for siblings. They got so excited every time they got to go the snacks. I do not like keep food over the summer in my classroom and thanks to your donations, my students were able to take home tons of snacks to start off their summers. Thank you so much for everything you have provided to my students. I hope we will be able to keep this all going next school year.”

Thank you so much for donating these materials for our classroom. My students were so excited to get these new books and have already enjoyed them many times over. It means so much more than I can ever convey how important it is to have books with characters that look like yourself. My sweet first graders are now given that wonderful opportunity because of your incredible donations. Thank you so much for giving them the gift of seeing themselves within books. This is going to engage my current students as well as future students.”

This is incredible! When I tell you that I have been trying so hard to figure out how to get ink and kleenex for the last month....it has been difficult! I ran out of the ink I had in my classroom because I was having to print so much at the beginning of the year. We also had a massive outbreak of cold and flu earlier in the year and it devastated our kleenex stash. I had to ask parents to start bringing in kleenex, which I hate to do .... but it was needed for all of us to stay healthy.
So....now that you have helped so much I don't have to do that anymore! Thank you for taking the burden of buying ink, paper, and kleenex off my students' families and mine.”
