Chair Pockets
Funded Aug 22, 2018WOW! In just under one school day, we got the project funded. I cannot thank you enough for helping us reach this donation goal! The chair pockets will be here in just under a week. It will be so great to get them in this routine right off the bat. I am so excited, and the kids will be too!
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!”

Funded Jan 11, 2017We want to thank our donors for giving us the funds we needed to buy more iPads for our classroom so we had a total of 6 to use during stations. The kids were very excited when they heard that we were getting additional technology pieces. They knew this meant that they could use them independently during stations versus having to share them. Whether it is playing on the educational website abcmouse, reading RaZkids, or taking a brain break; the kids are thrilled to have them in the classroom.
Thanks!”

Funded Mar 13, 2017Thank you so much for providing the donations we needed to buy a new classroom rug. The rug has made a big impact on our learning because it is where we meet to do our learning. Whether it is for a read a loud, partner work during math stations, independent reading, or play time; the kids gather here to learn. The kids were thrilled to see a new rug because it had an open space for each student to sit. The old rug only had 25 seats, so a few students had to sit off to the side. Now that all students have a spot, they are thrilled. It is a necessary addition, and we are very grateful.”

Little iPads For Our Little Ones
Funded Nov 15, 2016Thank you so much for the donations that have supplied 3 additional iPads to our classroom. We now have five iPads to use total. This has been a tremendous resource that the kids have been using to improve their reading levels.
Prior to having the iPads, students were able to access Razkids once per day for 15 minutes. Now the students solely use the iPads to access that reading app. This allows students the opportunity to be reading at their level for 1 hr 15 min- 2 hr 30 min per week.
I believe that the iPads are a root cause for the reading proficiency levels in the classroom. As of now, there are 19/27 students who have met the end of the year reading goal. We have 8 more kiddos to go!”

Ms. Suckow
