I thank all y'all for being here. My students in Utah love hearing about the nuances of language use between the different parts of the country, so I love saying "all y'all" at any chance I get. I LOVE teaching. It's the most challenging adventure I've ever embarked upon, but it is also rewarding in the two things I value most: relationships and experiences. Every day, I embark upon new adventures with some of my favorite people in the world: the middle-school students in my English and ESL classes. And, let me tell you, we have a great time EVERY DAY. From starting each day out with our karaoke song-of-the-day lyric analysis to always having great class discussions. I am the luckiest Mama G alive.
