Thank you for your kind donation to our classroom. Because of your generosity, our classroom library will be in better shape than ever this year. I know this will make a big difference for my students as we help them grow their love for literacy. Thank you for your support!”
Thank you SO much for contributing to this project. Because of your generosity, my students will have easy access to tons of new, high quality books all summer and throughout the school year. This is a big deal, and we appreciate your help so much! You are great, and we'll think of you everyday as we enjoy these excellent books.”
Thank you so, so much for your generous contributions to our class. This new rug is such an exciting addition to our room - we appreciate you so much! Because of your gift, we now have a comfortable and special place to read, socialize, and discover new things. Your generosity means the world to us, and we will never forget how you helped make our classroom an even better place to learn.”
We spend most of our school day in our room. It's where we dig into our main subjects (reading, writing, math, social/emotional wellbeing, social studies, and science) and generally serves as our home at school. We are proud of our classroom and work hard to keep it looking fly.
Right now we have a gnarly, old carpet that is full of stains and duct tape residue; it fits about half our class and requires an atrocious amount of criss-cross-apple-saucing. It has spent the last few years rolled up in a storage closet, and by all accounts seems ready for carpet heaven.
A new rug will really change the set-up of our classroom, and make it much simpler for us to do work somewhere other than our desks. This new rug will create a more pleasant and productive learning environment, and make floor time much cozier. In an elementary school classroom, the carpet is everybody's meeting place. We are psyched to have somewhere that helps each of us feel even more eager to learn and work together!
