Help Us Sit Down!
Funded Mar 27, 2018It's been just a few days since they arrived, and we already love our new stools! My younger students are currently using them when playing drums, and my older students are using them when playing recorders. No longer do they have to kneel and hunch when playing instruments.
When I shared the generosity of Ripple with my students, they were incredibly appreciative. It made them feel so special to be part of such an exciting event, and to benefit from the generosity of people they didn't even know.
These stools are really benefiting my students already, and will continue to do so for years to come. I can't thank you enough for your kindness.”
With gratitude,
Ms. Mason

Funded Jan 2, 2017Thank you so much for providing my students with the amazing opportunity to drum, dance, play music, and move! The exercise ball drumming unit has been a smashing success, and we are continuing on with this instruction in small group enrichment activities.
Having the resources that you provided has given us the ability to engage so many students. They've worked on their rhythm skills, they've worked on coordination, they've exercised, and they have had so much fun!
Your generosity has benefited so many students already, and will continue to do so for years to come.”

Let's Make Music!
Funded Jan 2, 2017Thank you so much for your donations to this project. Your kindness is helping to set up my students for success in music class.
Recorder instruction is always a fun and exciting time of year. Students have a chance to apply many of the musical skills they have acquired to their very own instruments. The recorders you have helped purchase have helped to provide each and every student with an instruments that they will get to keep.
The headphone splitters have also given my students access to keyboard instruction. They love having the opportunity to play these instruments.
Your generosity is greatly appreciated.”

Ms. Mason
Stand Up for Music
Funded Dec 2, 2016Thank you so much for your generous donation to my classroom! Because of you, I have three fully functional piano keyboards, and my students have a favorite new center!
I love watching my students compose, experiment with sound, and have a blast creating music. I also love seeing them practice their note-reading skills, develop basic technique, and so much more!
The music stands, headphones, and power cords have become an invaluable addition to my classroom, and I can't thank you enough for making this dream a reality.”

Ms. Mason
Music Teaching Resources
Funded Aug 25, 2016Thank you so much for funding this project! The resources that you have helped me get have been so helpful in my classroom.
The ukulele curriculum is awesome! It is simple, laid out in a clear and logical way, and gives my very young students immediate access to the instruments. With the help of this curriculum, my students were able to play a song in their very first lesson. They are staying motivated and having fun!
The other books that you have provided me with have proven to be effective in helping me manage my classroom, and in giving my ideas to reach each and every one of my learners.
Your donation is greatly appreciated.”

Funded Aug 25, 2016Thank you so much for donating the table and Hokki stools to my classroom. They have been a great asset for my students.
With two more Hokki stools, more children have the ability to engage in active sitting in my class. Students who had a hard time sitting on the rug can now focus on instruction, while keeping their bodies movies. They are getting more out of their music class, and are less of a distraction to others. The table is used for many things - a listening center, a writing center, a place for students to take a break, and so much more.
Thank you so much for helping my students - we greatly appreciate it.”

Funded Jul 7, 2016Dear Donors:
I can't thank you enough for donating these ukuleles to my classroom. What an amazing and fun way for my students to reap the many benefits of an instrumental education.
I am teaching ukulele as part of a second and third grade enrichment elective. These are small groups that are using an exciting and fun curriculum. In the first week, students are already able to play a chord and a simple song. It is gratifying, motivating, and educational. By the end of the six week rotation, students can play two chords, several songs, and have really seen how fun learning an instrument can be.
Your donation is an inspiration to my young musicians, and it is very much appreciated.”

Ms. Mason

Mallet Madness!
Funded Mar 10, 2016Thank you so much for donating the xylophone to my classroom! The students have already gotten a lot of use out of it, and we appreciate your generosity so much.
My preschoolers have been using the xylophone for exploration, and have learned about high and low. Kindergarteners have done the same, and have also used the xylophone to imitate animal sounds, such as woodpeckers. First graders, second graders, and third graders are about to start our Mallet Madness unit, where we read music, improvise, compose and more using the instruments.
The xylophone has been an amazing addition to our class, and we will continue to utilize it for years to come.”

Funded Mar 9, 2016Thank you so much for donating this keyboard to our classroom! It is awesome. While we only just received it, it has already been used by many of my students, and they all love it. My students have never before experienced that "real piano feel," where there is weight and the sound produced is responsive to your touch. Now they have, and they love it! My preschoolers and kindergarteners have already used the keyboard for an improvisation activity, and many of my older students have had piano instruction on it. It is so wonderful to have this instrument to share with my students!”
