The students I work with have limited after school resources involving sports. If they want to join a baseball team, they have to be able to pay for uniforms and transportation. Our school only offers a very few extra-curricular opportunities. The students need the opportunity to be successful so they can go out and play catch and get active without the cost of a private club sport.
