Yoga balls allows students to move and fidget when they are struggling to focus on instruction. When students have an opportunity to release their active energy they have the ability to focus on learning. When accessing learning without the distraction students are able to grow academically as well as emotionally. Our room has tried out yoga balls as a method of seating with two yoga balls. The students have responded with growth in their attention span. Students also have worked harder to learn and grow academically. We would like to expand this intervention by providing more yoga ball seats for the students.
