We are a low income school with 7, 5th grade classrooms. We are isolated from the other school population because of overcrowding and we are on the 3rd floor of a high school. It is difficult for us to use any of our school resources because we are two blocks away from the main building. Our population is 98% free lunch and 98% Hispanic students. Our students often come from Spanish speaking low income homes and work very hard to learn English.
