These materials will help support my students as they journey through strong emotions throughout a given school day. Often times, students can feel stressed or agitated due to social situations. This can cause issues and impact their learning as well as the learning of others. I believe that the sensory toys and tangle fidget tools will allow them to focus on academic tasks while items like the water paint Buddha Board and Super Nova will provide the space and time for them to reflect on their strong feelings. These therapeutic materials can help them redirect their energy and ultimately self-regulate so they can rejoin the class.
