  • Publishers Can Print

    Funded Dec 4, 2023

We are so excited about our colored printer ink! We are so grateful to all of our donors for helping us by donating to our second graders. We are using our printer to print number charts, math strategy pages, alphabet pictures, grammar rules, and more. We are writing our poems and are excited to print them out with colorful illustrations.

The printers at our schools are not always working and do not allow us to print in color. We can skip the copy lines and print papers right in our classroom. The second-grade team appreciates having this luxury at our fingertips.

Our school is always promoting kindness and doing things to make others feel good. Our children are seeing this firsthand from people like you. Please know that your kindness is teaching these wonderful second-graders about giving to others. Thanks so much!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. C.

  • Community Crafts to Create Smiles

    Funded Dec 4, 2023

Thank you so much for your generous donation. We are thrilled to have received so many craft supplies to help us spread kindness to those around us.

The children watched in amazement as boxes and boxes of craft supplies were delivered to our classroom. They are looking forward to Fun Fridays so they can plan an activity and create thoughtful crafts for the important people in their lives and others who need a spirit boost.

We plan to deliver handmade crafts to a nursing home close by next week. The excitement is growing. You have made this possible and we appreciate your kindness. We are always telling the children to do kind things just because and here we have you people doing this wonderful thing for us just to be kind.

Thank you, again, for your generous donation to our classroom of well-deserving children.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. C.

  • Seat Sacks for Seconds

    Funded Oct 24, 2023

Thank you so much for these wonderful seat sacks. The children are loving them. It is like having another desk for our supplies. The first day we hung them on the chairs was like a party.

The new desks we have do not have enough room for all of our supplies. We were storing materials on a shelf. These new seat sacks are perfect for storing all of our phonics materials and much-needed whiteboards. We are spending less time passing materials out and more time working.

We are so appreciative of your kindness and we hope you know how happy you have made our beautiful second graders! Thank you.”

    Mrs. C.

  • Books, Books, and More Books!

    Funded Mar 30, 2023

These books are amazing! We want to thank you so much for donating them to our classroom library. You have helped us create a welcoming space inside our classroom that enables our children to read stories with characters that look and speak just like them. The children are loving them.

The teachers enjoy having wonderful books that help to teach life lessons and help with social-emotional concepts. We have been passing them around and sharing them with the team and they are very grateful.

By donating to our classroom, you are teaching our children about kindness and doing great things for others. This is a lesson that we all need. Thank you, again, for wanting to help our wonderful class of eager readers!”

  • Less Is More...for Our Environment!

    Funded Jul 26, 2023

Thank you so much for your generous donations for our classroom. We have been laminating and putting games into plastic pouches and saving so much paper. Our class is sparkling clean from using the wipes to clean up breakfast spills. We love them!

Our class appreciates having pre-sharpened pencils! This saves so much time and allows us to have more time on task. The dry-erase markers are used daily and help with quick math drills. We just can't get enough of them.

Your generosity is overwhelming. It is wonderful for the children to see strangers reaching out and helping others. This is a great lesson for our second graders to experience. Thank you!”

  • Color Our World

    Funded Apr 18, 2023

Wow! Thank you so much for your kindness. We love our new colored printer. We are able to make colored copies, print student work, and make colorful posters to help our second language learners with their work. We are able to share our new printer with the grade two team and we are all so lucky.

Thank you, again, for donating to our classroom. The children and the teachers appreciate it! The students are learning to connect the printer to their Chromebooks and print a quick writing piece or illustration. Talk about integrating technology right into our own classroom.

We were so lucky that you were kind enough to reach out to our classroom and generously donate this printer to us. We are truly grateful for all you are doing for others.”

  • Get Organized!

    Funded Sep 21, 2022

Thank you, thank you, thank you! These wonderful items that you have donated to our class are perfect for what we need. We appreciate your kindness and willingness to donate to others.

We love having the utility cart. Our materials are easily stored in the bins and we can get to them quickly. The wheels help us move it wherever we need it most.

Having a laminator at our fingertips is crucial in lower grades. We can make hands-on materials and laminate them quickly, making them durable. We laminate word cards, game pieces, math cards, and anchor charts. The children like to write on laminated pages with dry-erase markers. This helps us to reuse materials.

Having storage baggies helps everyone. We are always looking for Ziploc bags to keep items safe and organized. These bags are such an essential product for schools.

Thank you for the clipboards. They are lightweight and come in all sorts of colors that help make our learning fun.

Thank you, again, for wanting to help us and for showing our children how important it is to make others feel good. You certainly made us feel good!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. C.

  • Math is Fun

    Funded Aug 29, 2022

We cannot thank you enough for your generous donation to our lucky learners. We are enjoying our math games so much! The materials lend themselves easily to independent practice. The games are ready to set up, and the children read the directions to each other and can start playing right away.

The magnetic write and wipe charts are amazing tools. The adults can model strategies and do small group hands-on lessons. The children work in small groups using the charts and it makes it easy for adults to note students' understanding of skills.

Your kindness is spreading and the children are in awe when they hear that other people want to donate to us. The children are grateful and are making an effort to care for our new materials.

Thank you again for your generosity!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. C.

  • Learning and Laughing

    Funded Aug 29, 2022

Thank you so much for helping to add FUN to our days. The children are loving all of the hands-on learning games that you have donated to us. We can't thank you enough. The children are reading the directions, planning strategies with one another, and laughing while they are learning. We are sharing our games with other children and we are using them in our morning program.

Wanting to make others feel good just because is such a great life lesson for these children. Showing them how important their learning is and wanting to be part of that learning is amazing. You are doing such powerful things for our children when you donate these wonderful things.

Thank you for showing others how much you care!”

  • Show Me the Money!

    Funded Aug 22, 2022

The support you have given to our lucky learners is incredible. Thank you so much for giving so much to us to help build math skills and financial literacy. We are thrilled to have so many hands-on materials that are enhancing our learning and making our learning fun. The children are loving the large magnetic charts so they can physically go up to the board and work through situations. The money and the ATM machine have been a huge hit. We are earning money for our kind acts and putting it towards a classroom goal. The children love the games that are building their skills and allowing them to interact with their peers.

The children are so thrilled with our material that they are asking if they can bring some of the games to their morning program. They want to teach their friends how to play them. I hope you understand how much your donation means to us. We can not say thank you enough for wanting to help our wonderful workers learn about math and finances!”
