STEAM Lessons to Eternity and Beyond
Funded Nov 13, 2024With Teachers Pay Teachers lessons, students look forward to science and delving deeper into biology, astronomy, botany, nutrition, music and theater.
The STEAM lessons prepared by stellar professional teachers who have created fun ways to teach science was what we worked on in class. Forces in motion was our main focus and explaining how this occurs using the scientific language.
Students had a smile on their face as they see their learning take place. This gift of allowing students to have fun while learning is priceless.”

Funded Jan 19, 2025Wowzers, we did it. Thanks to your generous contributions we will have my students favorite reading series. The Who Will Win series is excellent motivation to read and learn about animals and science. My students love to share the stories and compare and contrast the attributes that will make their animal the winner. This makes it a win, win situation.
I can’t wait to see their eyes light up when they see the books.”

Butterfly Life Cycle
Funded Nov 13, 2024Yippee! My students are so lucky to have supporters like you in helping them learn about animal life cycles and now real live insects that will show them how they grow and change. I can't wait to see their faces as the butterfly larvae metamophisis into a butterfly.
Thank you so very much for thinking about us and our lessons in STEAM using butterflies.”

Funded Jun 20, 2024The hydroponic seed kits for our littlest learners has helped them learn about STEAM and the life cycle. They have the watched their seeds grow into a plant and then watched it grow in our garden and ultimately, harvest the plant.
Our STEAM learning took place by using journals to keep track of the growth and what each seed turned into at the end. We will have a taste testing when they are ready to harvest. What a great way to have students enjoy new food.
Our little kindergarten learners are able to bring their seeds home to share using the little pots. Not only did we learn at school but they shared these wonders of the life cycle with their families, too.”

Funded May 25, 2024With Teachers Pay Teachers lessons, learning becomes more fun and interesting. (STEAM is Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math.)
With my Teachers Pay Teachers lessons, students look forward to science and delving deeper into biology, astronomy, botany, nutrition, music and theater.
These lessons are prepared by stellar professional teachers who have created fun ways to teach science.
We used these resources for achievement beyond compare. For example, there are monthly project-based STEAM units for students to complete at school and a home connection piece, too. This coincides with the kindergarten grade STEAM our district has for our studies. Students have a smile on their face as they see their learning take place. Parents have a smile on their face because they are included in the learning.”

ESGI STEAM Onwards
Funded May 8, 2024My students and parents love the ESGI program. The program helps individualize instruction for each student so they may fill in the gaps they are missing and top off where their personal needs are STEAM: Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math. ESGI is an assessment solution to make assessing, monitoring and providing individual intervention easier for students. Parents love the personalized touches for their child. ESGI also provides ongoing support for students' instructional goals for struggling students. The program creates flashcards for each student that we use in class and are sent home for families, too.
ESGI promotes all students with equity and inclusion in their personal learning!
Parents enjoy the personalized touch, too. My students love to see their progress and so do my parents.”

Funded May 2, 2024We can't thank you enough for the requested Collapsible Folding Wagon Cart. It is an ideal tool for transporting our garden tools and materials. The wagon is made specifically for outdoor travel with big wheels and heavy duty build so my little Learners love to help pull it for me. The foldable utility wagon is awesome because it is portable and can be stored easily in our classroom. The adjustable handle is helpful for the small hands to help pull the cart and be a part of the process. The buckets are dearly loved to help carry items, to help as a seats, to help as a trash cans, or many other ideas, too.
Thank you for your generous donations. My class loved the wagon and the buckets.”

Funded Dec 13, 2023My students learned about animal life cycles and what a perfect segway the butterfly/ladybugs larvae were to show the growth and changes.
STEAM uses butterflies and ladybugs to teach my students about the life cycle was a huge hit with my class. What better way to teach the life cycle than having live caterpillars change into butterflies and ladybugs right before their eyes? I wish you could have seen their eyes as the butterflies came out.
We journaled their growth and charted the days in each cycle period. The art lessons were about caterpillars and butterflies/ladybugs. The engineering we worked on creating homes for the caterpillars and then the butterflies/ladybugs. This is an wonderful way to open the little ones' eyes to how amazing nature can be.
Thank you for your generous contributions.”

Funded Feb 5, 2024Our school is looking so much better with the raised garden bed! Our students are so happy to plant their plants and explore the outdoors.
The learning experience for outdoor learning in STEAM is important to foster and this is one easy step to we were able to ensure that this learning continues.
Our students created their own garden space and have taken an active role in learning.
The wooden raised garden bed with legs has been a perfect level to reach and also to keep safe from foot traffic. The planter box is elevated and reinforced for vegetables, flowers and herbs. The sunflower seeds will keep us smiling as we watch them grow.
Thank you for your generous contribution!”

Butterfly STEAM
Funded Nov 22, 2023My students learned about animal life cycles and the perfect segway was the butterfly larvae to show the growth and changes. STEAM was used to teach my students about the life cycle of a butterfly.
What better way to teach the life cycle than having live caterpillars change into butterflies right before their eyes!
We journaled their growth and charted the days in each cycle period. The art lessons were around caterpillars and butterflies. The engineering we found by creating homes for the caterpillars and then the butterflies. This is an amazing way to open the little ones eyes to how amazing nature can be.
Thanks for your contributions and allowing my students the opportunity to study science up close and personal.”
