This project will expose all my students to a different kind of art form as well as another way to connect to reading. All our students need extra exposure to build literacy levels as well as expanding their vocabulary. Reading and art is a great way to expand your world in the classroom, and I hope to do that with this gift of reading graphic novels as a class. My students can apply their new exposure of the comic book style and apply it to their writing and creating skills.

About my class
