Mental Health Cafe Part 2
Funded Sep 25, 2024Thank you for your contributions to my classroom. As teenagers, my students often feel overwhelmed by their daily obligations. My students are using the futon couch to relax and take mental health breaks when needed. They are using the stress to stress ball as a way to find ways to de-stress.
When my students first saw the futon couch, they were extremely excited.
The next steps for my classroom is to continue to find ways to allow my students the opportunity to relax in my class when needed. It is my goal to ensure that my students have the tools that they need to achieve, starting with positive mental health.”
