My students are fun, outgoing, and enjoy coming to band class. We have fun in class while studying our instruments. I'm blessed to have one of the largest programs in my district, after only 3 years at my school. We currently have 158 students in our program (grades 5-8). Our 4th graders get to study band instruments as well, aiding them in selecting an instrument of focus for their 5th grade year. Currently, we are in need of color/auxiliary instruments like tenor saxophone, bassoon, tuba, baritone, trombone, and oboe. Please help our band program grow both in numbers and in depth by helping us purchase these color instruments. They will help us deepen our understanding of blend while exposing the students to instruments that will get them ready for high school and beyond.
