Future Engineers: Building Bright Minds Through STEM!
Funded Apr 15, 2025I am beyond excited and deeply grateful that such wonderful and generous people have stepped up to support my TK students. Your kindness is helping ignite a love of learning and discovery at such a critical stage in their development. These STEM materials will spark curiosity, creativity, and hands-on exploration — the foundation for building future scientists, engineers, and mathematicians. I can’t wait to see their eyes light up as they experiment, build, and problem-solve, all while having fun and growing more confident in themselves. Thank you again for helping provide the tools and opportunities my students need to dream big and reach their full potential”

Financial Literacy for TK Students
Funded Feb 5, 2025Our young learners are having so much fun exploring money concepts with the new materials! Through hands-on activities like a pretend store, they are "buying" and "selling" items using play money. They're learning to count coins, make simple choices about spending and saving, and even work together to open a pretend restaurant!
Their excitement was immediate! Many couldn't wait to dive in—touching the play money, ringing up purchases on the cash register, and flipping through the books. During center time, one student eagerly took orders and even asked a classmate, "Are you here for pickup, or will you be dining in?" Watching their creativity and engagement grow has been truly amazing.
Next, we'll continue making real-world connections with money. As we begin our recycling study, we plan to collect cans, "cash" them in, and use the earnings to connect recycling to financial literacy. These early experiences are helping our students build a strong foundation for understanding money in a fun and meaningful way.
Thank you so much for your generosity! Your support is making a lasting impact on our little learners.”

Bright Minds: Safe, Engaged, and Energized During Power Outages
Funded Feb 3, 2025My students were thrilled! The flashlights made them feel more secure, and they were so excited to have board games and coloring books to keep them entertained during a power outage. In fact, they loved the board games so much that we were able to use them during inclement weather as well! Knowing we have a generator also gave them peace of mind, as they realized we wouldn't be left completely in the dark.
These materials have been a game-changer in preparing our classroom for power outages. The generator ensures that essential devices stay powered, while the board games and coloring books provide a fun, calming way to keep students engaged during downtime. Snacks help keep everyone comfortable while we wait for power to return.
We are integrating these materials into our emergency preparedness cart so we have everything on hand when needed. This project not only prepares them for power outages at school but also helps them feel safe and calm when things don't go as planned.”

Funded Dec 19, 2024Books play a crucial role in preschool by building foundational skills like letter recognition, vocabulary, and language rhythm. These new texts introduce concepts such as colors, shapes, and emotions while fostering a love for storytelling. They also teach vital social-emotional skills like sharing, kindness, and expressing feelings, laying the groundwork for lifelong learning.
In our preschool classroom, reading is a joyful and interactive experience. We gather for daily read-alouds filled with vivid illustrations and engaging, repetitive language. Storytime often includes songs, movement, and questions to spark curiosity and keep children actively involved. Books are accessible throughout the day, allowing children to explore them independently, practice turning pages, and retell stories in their own words, fostering a sense of ownership and excitement about reading.
Yes! One student who is usually shy during group activities has started participating more, eagerly answering questions and sharing their thoughts about story characters. These books are helping all our young learners find their voice and connect with the joy of reading.”

Funded Nov 11, 2024Thank you so much for your generous support in providing gardening materials for our preschool classroom! These resources have brought so much excitement and hands-on learning to our students.
When the gardening supplies arrived, the children were thrilled! They couldn't wait to explore the tools, touch the soil, and choose which seeds to plant. It was amazing to see their enthusiasm as they imagined the garden coming to life.
We've already started using the materials to create a small classroom garden! The students have planted seeds for flowers and vegetables. They've been learning how to care for plants by watering them, observing their growth, and discussing what plants need to thrive. Their joy and curiosity have been incredible to witness.
Our next step is to chart the plants' growth, encouraging the students to measure and record their observations. We'll also integrate lessons on pollinators and the life cycle of plants. As the garden grows, the students are looking forward to tasting the vegetables they've nurtured and sharing them with their families.
Thank you again for giving our students this meaningful and memorable learning opportunity. Your support has truly made a difference in their education and joy!”

Funded Jan 7, 2025On behalf of my students and myself, I want to express my gratitude for your generous donation of jump ropes, balance beams, balls, and other fitness/ sports materials. Your support has brought excitement and energy to our classroom and playground.
When the new materials arrived, the students were thrilled! Their faces lit up with joy, and they could hardly wait to dive in and explore. It felt like a celebration as they eagerly unwrapped and tested each item. These resources have transformed our outdoor activities and provided countless opportunities for fun, growth, and learning.
We've been using these materials in various ways. One of the most exciting projects has been our "Outdoor Fitness Challenge." The students complete obstacle courses that incorporate balance beams, jumping rope, and ball-tossing stations. This activity has not only encouraged physical fitness but problem-solving, and perseverance. It's been amazing to watch them cheer each other on and celebrate each success, no matter how big or small.
Looking ahead, these resources are opening up new opportunities for us to connect physical activity with our lessons. For example, we're planning a "Math in Motion" project where students will use the materials to practice counting and explore geometry through movement. These hands-on experiences make learning tangible and memorable, and we couldn't do it without your support.
Thank you again for making a difference in our classroom. Your kindness has had a tremendous impact, and I hope you know how much it is appreciated by all of us.”

Funded Oct 23, 2024Your help means so much to us and will really make a difference for our students! Puzzles are not just fun—they help kids think critically, improve their fine motor skills, and learn how to work together as a team.
When the kids first saw the new puzzles, their reactions were unforgettable. They loved the bright colors and couldn't wait to jump in. The room was filled with laughter and cheers as they raced to finish their favorite puzzles! Right now, we're using puzzles in our hands-on learning activities. Their smiles when they solved the puzzles were priceless!
Looking ahead, we plan to use puzzles in our lessons about letters and numbers. Your support is crucial in making these fun lessons happen.
Thanks to your generosity, we can create a great place for learning and creativity!”

Funded Aug 15, 2024First of all, thank you for your wonderful gift to our class. We are very grateful that you think of us and prioritize education. My students enjoyed using the new visual aids to learn English. This has helped our students who are learning a second language to make English and the curriculum more accessible. The visuals and activities have been a great complement to all of our small groups, making language and literature more interesting and approachable for my ELL students. I have watched my ELL pupils improve their English faster, and I believe I contributed to the project's success. This project benefited my students' language and literacy development in several ways. That is why I was thrilled to see this concept come to life in my classroom. Thank you!”
