My students need individualized lessons based on their learning styles, academic needs and language acquisition levels. It is very challenging to anticipate what each one needs for each lesson daily. With a printer/ copy/ scanner I can have multiple options at the ready and not waste copies for the whole class when only specific students need support in one area. In addition, lower level phonics and spelling books are not often available to older students. It would be a huge help to be able to make those kind of copies for my newcomers. Not to mention enrichment for students who demand that too!
