Who stayed on green today? Great job! Students who do the right thing day after day should be rewarded by going to the treasure box.
My eager scholars enjoy the slightest praise, trinkets, and rewards. I am requesting your help in developing a student reward center in my classroom. Small rewards or prizes bring such excitement to the eyes of my students. My students deserve to be rewarded for working hard, and I would like to provide them with opportunities.
I'm requesting support with student incentives, such as plush animals, candy, and party favors used to foster positive behavior. Making good choices and being kind to one another is paramount in my classroom. This will help my students learn that they can earn the things they want by doing what they are suppose to do. Students will self reflect and ask themselves "Did I use my accountable talk stems" or "did I do my best today?" Those who remain on green will continue to do the right thing knowing they will be rewarded. This will create personal challenges for those who make mistakes to make change and foster new behaviors. The ultimate goal for the classroom is to follow classroom rules. The number one rule is to do their best and show it.
This project is important because it would give my students something to look forward to when they are doing the right thing daily. This will highlight those who follow rules, being great citizens and doing their best. They love receiving plush animals or balls or novelty toys. Your generous donation will be treasured in our classroom every day!
