My students are first graders in a Title 1 school with more than 70% of the students eligible for free and reduced priced lunch. Located in a small city in Florida, we are one of the oldest schools in the district. The students find our school a caring community, but at times we lack the funds to purchase new and exciting materials and furniture. These students strive to succeed and want more than anything to learn.
