I have twenty three amazing students this year. They are so curious and inquisitive. They make my days brighter because I get to teach them. My school is in a very low socioeconomic area and we struggle to have enough supplies. Our school is a very loving and supportive place for students to grow and change. In my classroom I don't have a whiteboard that is even close enough for the students to access. I want to have a place in my room where when we meet, discuss and create lists, charts and ideas together while sitting together in a small area. I don't like to teach standing over my children all day. I want to have an easel so that we can be together learning in a more personal setting, and so that the students can actually write and authentically participate in our lessons. I also need a way to create charts with my students.
