There have been many times when my students asked me for a book I currently don't carry in my classroom library. I am always reminded of Wayne Dyer’s quote to help change their mindset and problem solve solutions. I have learned in many of my experiences with my non-readers that their disinterest in reading comes from their lack of exposure to books that will continue to engage and activate their excitement. By providing my students access to highly engaging and high interest topic books, I hope to instill in my students the power of critical reading and open their minds to all the endless possibilities of becoming life-long reader. My class Champions are the future leaders of this world!
