Although my third grade class is made up of students working on different academic levels (ESOL and students with learning difficulties), they are all eager to learn about the world around them. Due to the closure of school, my third graders were forced into remote learning which was just another hurdle they had to contend with. Not only are they being taught Reading, but they are also being taught Math, Science, and Social Studies online. I need a more powerful and reliable computer to use during distance learning so I can reach every child with their learning. I found during our Zoom story time, there were many glitches, like poor connection and audio sound. My current computer is outdated and as such, I need a better computer that will enable me to teach Math, Science, and Reading effectively.
