In our classroom we focus on developing positive and prosocial ways of coping with our emotions and everyday stressors. Our students learn about different social skills every week and focus on building appropriate character traits that they will carry with them throughout their lives. By donating to our project, you are helping our students develop appropriate coping skills that they can use daily. The books chosen for this project will offer our students a fun, engaging experience with easy to relate to characters that will emphasize coping skills and character traits. The diffuser and essential oils will offer a calming and relaxing environment that will help to meet their sensory needs.
