Capturing Creativity Through Art with Digital Technology
Funded Oct 12, 2019The TV and Chrome Cast was a big hit with all my students. They can now see presentations and videos on the screen without having to look through speckles and dark spots from the projector. This has made teaching new ideas and showing project assignments better for all. I can now see my students fully engaged and concentrate the project at hand to creating art with more comprehension by being able to "see" what they are asked to accomplish. We appreciate all that you have done to make this dream of being able to have better technology come true for us."”

For the Love of Ceramics
Funded Dec 17, 2018My students are loving the air-dry clay and made pinch pots, flowers, animals and many other items. They were so happy and excited to get the supplies to learn how to create and work with their hands to create something of their own. It opened up their imagination and let them explore a whole new art experience. When they first heard about the project they were excited but when they actually saw the supplies and realized they were actually going to be able to create something out of this clay they were ecstatic and ready to start right then. There is enough air-dry clay to complete another project for my 6th, 7th and 8th graders and they can not wait to try a new style of ceramics. My students and I are all so grateful for this opportunity to be able to have this experience with clay and thank all of our donors so very much for the donation to our art journey.”
