  • Color makes learning Pop!

    Funded Aug 8, 2018

Thank you for believing in my students as much as I do. We really appreciate the opportunity to learn in new and exciting ways. My students have enjoyed being able to print out their digital creations and share them with their families. Many of my students do not have Internet access at home. We are trying to go more green in the classroom, but they are not always able to share their learning with their parents and family at home. Thanks to your generosity, they are able to share their very best work with those they love.

    Thank you!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Smith

  • Print it Out and Share it!

    Funded May 23, 2018

My students have been so excited to have materials and papers printed in color. They have learned to color code their work. They have also learned how to create amazing graphics to show off their knowledge. They were in shock that they could have their work to take home. Many of my students do not have internet access at home so they were not able to share their work with parents. They are taking so much pride in the work they do with paper and pencil as well as digital work.

Thank you for supporting my students!!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Smith

  • Learning Never Stops - Summer School for Ms. Smith

    Funded May 2, 2018

Thank you so much for helping me to learn more. As a teacher, it is exciting to get to show students that teachers still learn. Thanks to the books that I read in this project, my lessons are more engaging and my students have learned more than I could have ever imagined.

Our favorite is that our classroom is a community. We are a neighborhood of learners and we all work together to make everyone better. My entire teaching philosophy has changed and my students are the focus of everything I do.

Thank you for helping me be the best teacher I can be!”

  • Happy Healthy Students Start with a Fresh Clean Room

    Funded Sep 5, 2018

Thank you SO much for the generosity you have shown to my students. The difference your kindness has made for them will never be forgotten. This project allowed us to keep our classroom cleaner. It also helped us to grow as a classroom family. My students love to help and to be a part of something bigger than themselves.

This project has specifically helped one of my students the most. This student loves to clean and his reward for a good day is to vacuum. This has meant so much to him.

    Thank you!!”

  • A Bigger Home for Zed (Bearded Dragon) and Ted (Gecko)

    Funded Jul 30, 2018

Thank you SO much for my new home! I am excited that I can move around more and see my favorite kids! They come up and talk to me throughout the day and it makes my cold blooded heart so happy! To see their smiling faces and to hear the excitement in their voices is the best part of my day! I can't wait until they start reading and they are able to read to me!! I've already molted twice in my new home because I'm so happy to have a space when I get bigger.

Ted is excited to have more space to explore. He told me that the kids talk to him every time they line up. He loves it, but he is tired. I told him that he needs to stop playing all night and sleep so he will be ready for the kids when they come visit.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Smith

  • Catch and Listen - Tossing Around Learning

    Funded May 18, 2018

Thank you for being a part of my student's lives with your donation. My classroom is filled with love, laughter, and learning. My students are learning beyond the basic subjects. They are learning that people in the world care about them. This project has been a fun one!

My students look forward to finding out who the microphone ball will be tossed to. Students who are reluctant to participate willingly attempt answers. Many of my students are shy and afraid of saying the wrong thing. This microphone ball has helped them to be more adventurous in their sharing and attempting answers.

Thank you for building my classroom community!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Smith

  • STEAMing Through Literature - Mentor Texts for STEM

    Funded Jun 8, 2018

Thank you for supporting my students. We are so excited to combine grammar, writing, and STEAM challenges. We will use these books to look at what authors do and how we can learn from them. Your support will help us to look at new and exciting books and adventures. Thank you!”

  • Paperless Boogie Boards - No marker lids to lose

    Funded May 10, 2018

Thank you again to Dena Morosin, Mrs. Mosley, Angie Reding, Karen McGrew, Stephanie Lutzky, Hollie Graham, Emily Prescott, Rose Paterson, and Kelli Wendlandt for bringing this project to life. My students and I have had so much fun using these boogie boards. We are not searching for dry erase markers or lids any more in small group.

When students come to the small group table, they get a boogie board, pop off the stylus, and are ready to work. They have enjoyed being able to write directly on the screen. It has saved us so much instructional time. Thank you!”

  • These Little Hands Can Save the Earth

    Funded Apr 30, 2018

Thank you for supporting our classroom! We were overjoyed to received these items and set up the wobble chairs. Our creation station now has wobble chairs! Today, we were able to read about recycling and the difference it makes in the world around us. My students were surprised that so many things were made from other things. This book has encouraged my students to look at things around them in a different and exciting way. They were working hard to reuse materials in our creation station. They were truly inspired by your support!

    Thank you so much!”

  • "Basic"-ally Sight Words

    Funded Dec 14, 2017

Thank you SO much for supporting our classroom and our learning! We are always looking for fun and creative ways to learn and share our learning. Thanks to your support we were able to learn our sight words in fun and exciting ways. My students really enjoyed making poems with sight words and completing activities from the workbook pages on their tablets.

We took the workbook and made some of the pages digital. Students were able to draw on the workbook page digitally and upload themselves reading their words. Parents enjoyed hearing what their student learned in class directly from their student.

Thank you for supporting our classroom!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Smith
