Because of the pandemic, Social distancing in our computer lab has made our research projects challenging. These Chromebooks in our classroom will enable the Essential Students to be able to conduct health research safely. I call them essential students because they have made the decision to get into healthcare even during this pandemic. I teach health research to help them become evidence-based practitioners. The students will use these Chromebooks in class to take advantage of the available learning technologies as well. We are also transitioning to doing assessments and exams online and with these Chromebooks, they can take their exams safely.
