STEM or STEAM are known acronyms in the EdTech community. The need for technology increases as we endeavor to nurture our students creativity and expertise in problem solving. Having worked with Lego Education for several years now, I understand the experiences students gather from interacting with robotics. My hope for our students is to begin their robotics exposure at a young age to build interest as they enter upper elementary and middle school. WeDo robotics provides a perfect introductory experience for our littlest fingers allowing them to access where lego meets education. They will not only build but see how building with legos can connect with different aspects of their school curriculum.
