  • Teacher Needing Help!

    Funded Sep 27, 2021

Thank you for your generous donations to provide technology resources to my students. I am able to provide my students with meaningful and engaging activities due to your generosity. With your donation my students learned about the artist Henri Matisee and created a digital collage art project, learned about the attack on Pearl Harbor and went on a virtual field trip to the memorial, built tangram puzzles, traveled to space (virtually), and even built a wind car. Having students engage in these activities brought joy and excitement into the classroom each day. I truly appreciate your support in providing my students with the best possible education. We are making memories that will last a lifetime in the classroom!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Klinger

  • Enrichment Help!

    Funded Jun 14, 2021

First and foremost, thank you for your generous donations for my project. It has made a huge impact on my students learning already this year. I am able to provide my students with the resources they need to help in their learning journey. Most of my students needed to review important concepts from last school year due to remote learning difficulties, and you made it possible with your help and support with donating to this project. I was able to provide all students fun, engaging, and meaningful activities to help develop their learning.

I just purchased a fantastic product for students to practice their multiplication facts with. They are completely engage, and are getting better and better with their math facts each day.

My students are blown away that all of this was made possible due to your generous donations. This has taught my students about acts of kindness and doing things for others.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Klinger

  • Social Distancing Classroom Organization

    Funded Dec 10, 2020

Where do I even begin to express my sincere gratitude for your donations to help fund my project. These bins add so much to my classroom environment. The bright neon colors give my room a fun, inviting look. More importantly, they help keep students supplies neatly and safely organized during these trying times. My students put their water bottles in one compartment, a book and folder in the other, and crayons and pencils on the other side. The handles make carrying to different classrooms a breeze. My students are truly touched that people would care so much about them. Thanks for making them smile a little brighter during this time.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Klinger

  • Recess Recess!

    Funded Apr 2, 2018

Thank you so much for your generous donations. When our recess equipment arrived my students' faces were priceless! They are so excited to go out and play. They even made a kickball bracket for a tournament.

As soon as recess began, my students (all students) were rushing to get to the equipment first. I had both boys and girls having a jump roping contest, I had students teaching others how to jump rope, and even making up a new jump roping game (getting creative). We had soccer games go on, a football toss and catch activity, an intense game of four square, and the ultimate game of kickball. It was the perfect recess day that we had all year! Thank you for making all of this possible! There are not enough words to describe the feeling both my students and I had today. I will forever remember this day. I actually cannot wait for tomorrow's recess.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Klinger

My students come from a wide-range of home lives. Some of my students are very privilege and own tons of books while the majority of my students don't own a single book. A student of mine told me that he loves to read books, but he doesn't own any of his own at home. I introduced Book Lunch Club to my students as a way to encourage reading, but was heartbroken that a lot of my students could not join because they could not afford to buy the books. My students love reading and discussing wonderful books and I want to make sure all my students have the opportunity to do so. With your help, all my students will be able to participate in the Book Lunch Club. They will be able to read a variety of award-wining books that they might not have had a chance to read on their own. I want to instill a love for reading in all my students and I just need your help to do so.
