My 4th-grade scholars will use the tablets to engage in several math, science, and coding programs. These programs will better prepare our inner-city Memphis youth to compete with students in more affluent areas by exposing them to learning other than old-school traditional methods. Through the use of Google Docs, Slides, and Classroom, lessons will be more computer-based and offer more chances to collaborate with students in and outside of our school! Since this school isn't one where every student has his/her own laptop, my students don't have as much experience with technology as students in other areas, but you can help change that!
