Our school is pre-8; over 300 students will benefit from having more materials. In order to have a high-quality program where students learn, you need equipment. More equipment, more times spend developing skills and less time waiting. At our school, we currently have a minimal amount of materials available. Balls are versatile and can be used in a variety of units including volleyball, basketball, and soccer as well as other cooperative games. Students of all ages will learn the appropriate techniques for catching, throwing, volleying, and kicking, and thus aligning our program with the NYS Standards. These skills will help prepare students for lifelong fitness.
