The Surf Pro will make a difference in my students' learning because it will allow them to set movement goals, go out during class time and complete movement activities, upload their movement/steps (from their monitors), review data, and have immediate feedback as to how much movement/activity is needed at home, to reach their daily/weekly/monthly goals. The students will have immediate feedback on their daily work. In addition, the students will use the program to convert the movement/steps to calories burned and apply it to their health goals. They will also view the daily menus they have created and compare/contrast the number of calories consumed to the calories burned.
