Hello! Welcome to the land of opportunity. If you are ever at Mater Academy in East Las Vegas ask for Mr. Ezra. I am an Interventionist at Mater Academy of Nevada, a tuition free public charter school. My passion is teaching through relationships, both with people and the learning process itself. Our vision is to create of every child a global citizen that is ready for the world that awaits them. Additionally, we serve a community that benefits greatly from the various sports, tutoring, and early literacy programs that we offer before, during and after school. The purpose of Mater Academy and the reason I love showing up, is the fact we intentionally reach out to "at risk" students. We are convinced that soon enough, the same children once ignored and marginalized, will become the very means by which their community is transformed.
