  • Parachutes And Belts For Strengthening Our Squad

    My team has been able to use so many of these items throughout strength and conditioning. We have had a successful season 6:4 and we are still working to build this team to become a stronger, more cohesive unit. Over the past few years as head coach, I have tried to instill a culture of teamwork, family, and persistence in these young men and while we might not always have the most points on the scoreboard, we are continuing to grow and build our program. These weight belts and parachutes are of great use to use and have helped us build strong bodies.
