  • Keeping Us Clean

    Funded Jan 10, 2024

My students were so excited to receive their cleaning products! It was all they could talk about. Many of my students said the same thing, "No one had ever given them a gift like this before." They truly appreciate your support.

My students are able to clean up after themselves when they finish their snack. In addition, after the students play with their toys, we are able to spray them down and not worry about spreading germs! Everyone is staying safe :)

My class is a class of 10 kindergartners with unique personalities and varying academic levels. Some students are learning disabled, autistic, OHI or speech and language impaired. My students are part of a larger school community of about 400 students. Compared to other New York City Schools we are much smaller. While our small size has a lot of pros there are also many cons; one being the lack of space that our school has along with a smaller budget. While we try to use our budget wisely providing a great deal of resources for our students, we often do not have many of the things that we need to help all our students be successful.
