  • Cozy Carpet for Family Time

    Funded Aug 11, 2018

The class was excited when they found out that project was funded. The new rug is their favorite place to be in the warm. They enjoy reading on the rug during centers. The rug is big enough that the whole class can meet for various activities. Students are able to work with a partner during a math game. They can get comfortable and get lost in a book. The rug has really added to our beach-themed room. This rug will provide warmth and comfort for years to come! This year's class are excited knowing that future students will get to enjoy the rug just like they are this year.”

  • Books for Classroom Library

    Funded Aug 8, 2017

Thank you for helping with our project. The class was excited to see the box arrive. They enjoyed seeing and reading the books right away. We have been using the book, Character Building Day by Day on a daily basis to help us understand tolerance and accepting of differences. The students visit the other books in our classroom library. Here they are able to choose a book on their reading level. This allows them to continue to become better readers. I am sure that this will be a lifelong memory for the class.

    Thanks again!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Wilson
