Apple iPads would allows students to take charge of their learning and make the choices that work best for them. During independent work times they choose an iPad and begin to enjoy learning. Currently, my students do not have any accessible IPADS to help them individually learn. Making sure students are comfortable in their learning levels is an essential component in motivating them through learning. They almost always make good choices and take care of equipment in the classroom. My students are noticeably more engaged in their learning when not having the distractions from things around them. The products that I have selected will help my students by giving them additional resources in learning independently through instructional based technology. The iPads allow for helpful instruction through sight words, sentence reading, book reading, virtual field trips, and many other educational interactive activities. These will be extremely beneficial for some students that just need to receive help without disruption from others. They can also be used as tool to help with our many autistic children who come to our classrooms. The durable cases will allow for the occasional drops to protect the iPad. I have seen how students who need help through technology can positively affect my students work and demeanor and hope that the additional options will help us grow even more!
