My kindergarten kiddos are so loving, kind, uplifting, and hardworking. The standards that we hold our children to seem so unrealistic at times, but every year I have seen these kiddos go above and beyond. They have a love for learning and truly enjoy school. I feel so blessed that I have been placed in their lives. My school has a high poverty rate; all of our students qualify for free/reduced lunch. Our students have overcome many obstacles just to come to school. I try my hardest everyday to love, care, and prepare my students for their futures.
